Design Accent its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Since the software is being sold on subscription basis there will be no costs or services involved to complete an online transaction for any customer.

Payment made for the software will be on Monthly / Yearly basis.

The company will not accept any cash payments for any of the subscription plan purchased online by any customer.

The software sold is an Online Application and does not require any physical mode of transport to the customer's premises.

There will be no logistics involved in the software sold by Design Accent.
